I use to visit this facility for 3 years. So far they were mostly providing good service. But now their quality of service has degraded like hell. They are just grabbing the money. Last week I had been in their facility the massage room was very stinky sheets were very old. During first 15 minutes the Massager was only rubbing neck and chocking with nail. When I asked to do it better then said this the best can be done. When I asked to leave then replied your money will not be refunded. I then had to leave the session went to reception but no one was available at front desk. When I called they disconnected the call. Very unprofessional and dirty place now Don’t go to this place.

This is my go-to for monthly massages. Though the masseuses aren't certified, they are very professional and effective. The rooms are properly sanitized and the music is relaxing.

I'm sure they can't find my name in the system, using complete name in every channel isn't normal and only who has no knowledge of the internet world will do that. For this company to easily find my record I provide that to you here. My name is Haidi, and today June 2, 2022, I went there at 1:45 p.m. for a 90-minute body massage (Thur). This is my first visit to this location. I have no complaints about the masseuse's abilities; although the masseuse was not the finest in Vancouver, I appreciated she worked sincerely for the 90 minutes. I give the entire experience two stars. The following are the reasons I evaluate the caring intention: 1) When I arrived, I was not required to fill out/verbally explain my medical history or any allergies. The masseuse also didn't ask me if I had any special health conditions that she should be aware of prior to beginning the massage. This is really uncommon; in my previous experience, all of the centers I visited would do this for newbies and preserve the information in their system. 2) There was no other conversion, just a simple "That's all, thank you!" The masseuse exited and closed the door while my face was still down in the hole. In other centers, the masseuse would at the very least wait for you to sit up before leaving. It's not uncommon for folks to feel dizzy after lying down pressing the face and chest for 90 minutes. This part demonstrates a lack of concern. 3) The receptionist has a blank expression on her face. "What percent of tip?" was the first sentence that was said to me when I came out. I paid but did not even receive a goodbye word. 4) The place is clean in average standard, not bad not extraordinary. The above information is only provided as a guide to what newbies might encounter. The shop owner has no need to explain the case to me. If you see this review positively, it could be a good opportunity to improve your service quality. Otherwise, your business your problem, and I am confident you can still make a profit. Personally, I will not return. Of course, there's no harm in anyone experiencing it for themselves. As I previously stated, this is a highly personal experience that we will compare to other centers we have visited. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- THIS PART IS ADD-ON after seeing the shop owner's explanation to the review. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- From the shop owner's explanation, it said: "Hi Haida Chen, happy to hear you were pleased with your massage. I remember processing your checkout and asking about your massage and you said you enjoyed it without any issues." The shop owner's reply proofs once again that this shop is not honest. I was not asked if I were pleased about my massage and I didn't say I enjoyed it. I also didn't wrote that I was happy about the massage. I only said I appreciated the masseuse worked sincerely for the 90 minutes. The masseuse works sincerely shows she didn't steal the time, it doesn't mean her skill is extraordinary. But be fair, her skill is fair. BTW, I also didn't mentioned about my surname and "Chen" is not my surname, and my name is "Haidi" not "Haida". -------------------------------------------------------- Very glad to share my experience to the public and I believe people are all wise enough to make their own choice. As I said, I am sure this shop will still doing their good business, it is simply my own experience to share here that I won't go to this place again.

I have visited this location a few times and each time it was clean and inviting. The most recent time I visited was during COVID and I am happy to report that the staff follows all COVID protocols. I went for a full body and foot massage and had the wonderful Joey as my therapist. Previously, during my last visit I had a therapist who was too heavy handed with the pressure and Foot lounge reached out to me directly and wanted to better understand what had happened. I spoke with the lovely Michelle and she asked me back to try again. I thought this was a really touching gesture that was completely unexpected. Joey was phenomenal! My 1 hour massage was one of the best that I have ever had she really knows what she is doing. I can't say enough good things about her and how the business handled the experience from start to finish. In the future I will continue to ask for Joey ❤️

The best place I’ve been to out of all the places I’ve gone to throughout BC! Clean and very zen! Loved the atmosphere and the customer service. I’d highly recommend Jervis if you have any muscle tension/pain. Jervis knew exactly what to do and was very knowledgeable with his work. Thank you again for this amazing experience!

Honestly one of the best and cleanest massage places in Burnaby and Vancouver. Not your typical asian looking place. It is so cute inside and I love the plants in the front and zen vibe. I see Jervis, Joey, and Fon for body massage but everyone else I have tried are also very professional. They have RMT too. The girls at the front desk are very accommodating and often do their best to squeeze me in last min which I really appreciate. Call ahead for weekend bookings as they get booked up fast and bring cash for tips.

Loved my Keratin Lash Lift! I have tried other places and my lashes were never as lifted as when I get it done at Foot Lounge. Michelle is so gentle and skilled that she is my go to for lash lifts and brow lamination. This place follows covid protocols and is always very clean with relaxing music. Their body massage is amazing too! I go there for both their RMT massage and regular massage. Highly recommend this spa!

Foot Lounge was highly recommended to me by a family member. I was looking for a new RMT as I recently moved to the Metro Vancouver area. Peggie is fantastic! She is knowledgeable and ensures that she is treating your needs properly. She also suggested some stretches I can do at home to relieve some of my back tension. To top it off, the facility has a very nice ambiance and is immaculately clean. The front desk staff are lovely. I am looking to book a spa body massage along with a lash lift soon as a self-care treat! Appointments fill up quickly so I suggest booking ahead of time. Really looking forward to de-stress and relax!
