I went to this clinic since my first car accident happened on December 2017. The front desk always very cold face but I don’t care, because I just come to do my physical therapy. Today everything changed and total shocked me. I have the phone call to the clinic and booked today appointment. This morning around 10am I got phone call from front desk” Where are you?” I said I am working and my appointment should be 1pm. She said no, she said my appointment was 10am today. It was late if I drive from Coquitlam to Burnaby, So I tried to make another appointment today which was 2:45pm. When I arrived at 2:30pm, front desk told me “you have to pay $50 otherwise you cannot have therapy “I asked why, she told me because the boss said so. Then I told her, my phone scheduled me come today 1pm not 10am, anyhow I tried to come today which late for several hours. The clinic did not lose money and still available today. Why I need pay $50? She still wanted me to pay but she allowed me to have therapy. When I ready to go to the room front desk told me” this is your last time come to this clinic until you pay $50” I said “I won’t pay” and I walked to the room, she was chasing me and said again” this is your last time come to this clinic until you pay $50” When my therapist came in, she told me do not gave hard time to front desk, did I? My therapist said she has her customer in the afternoon and I came the same time she was busy. Excuse me? I did not management your schedule. The therapist said “my front desk never made mistake”, that means I did. I told her that her front desk very rude to me. She said “you cannot say that because this is Canada” , yes, this is Canada, but I never had this kind of customer service and chasing your back ask for $50 and also warning you do not come back again. I told her front desk always rude to me but I do not care because I just came for therapy. She did ask me to email ICBC to apply the therapy. I forward her request to my lawyer and I knew that should be her job. She called my phone but never leave any voice mail. Always frozen face to me. Except someone speak fluent English or Cantonese can see her happy face. I been this clinic many years she still did not remember I need change cloth. I never heard “please” from her mouth. 1.The front desk do not need to say twice to ask money, I already heard and I gave you’re the answer 2.Clinic never sent any email or text message to me to confirm the schedule, only phone calls. How can you blame on me this is my mistake? They do have all my information and can give me write notice. 3.I told her my cell notice is 1pm appointment, front desk said” we never open 1-2pm because that is our break time”. I called the clinic earlier and made an appointment for today. This morning around 10am I got a call from the front desk "Where are you?" I said I was at work and my appointment was supposed to be at 1pm. She said no, she said my appointment was at 10 am this morning. I was driving late from Coquitlam to Burnaby, so I made another appointment for 2:45pm today. Arrived at 2:30pm and the front desk told me "you have to pay $50 or you can't get treatment", I asked her why and she told me because her boss said so. Then I told her that my phone reminded me to come today at 1pm instead of 10am, but I came today, albeit a few hours late. The clinic did not lose money and still receives my fees today. Why do I need to pay the extra $50? She still wanted me to pay, but then she allowed me to get treatment. When I was about to go to the room, the front desk told me "this is the last time you will come to this clinic until you pay $50" I said "I won't pay", I went to the room, she chased me and said "this is It's your last visit to this clinic until you pay $50" When my therapist came in, she told me not to make it difficult for the front desk, did she? My therapist said she had her clients in the afternoon and I came when she was busy in the afternoon. I am sorry? I am not managing your schedule. The therapist said "My front desk never made a mistake," which meant I made a mistake. I told her that her front desk was rude to me. She said "you can't say that because it's Canada" and yes it's Canada, but I've never had this kind of customer service, chasing you for $50 and warning you not to come back. I told her that the front desk was always rude to me but I didn't care because I was just here for therapy. She had previously asked me to email ICBC to request treatment. I forwarded her request to my attorney, and I later learned it was supposed to be her job. She called me before but never left any voicemail. Always talk to me with a straight face. Unless someone can speak fluent English or Cantonese to see her smiling face. I've been coming to this clinic for many years and today she still doesn't remember that I needed to change my clinic clothes. I never heard the word "please" from her mouth. 1. The front desk asks for money without saying twice, I have already given the answer 2. The clinic never sent me any emails or text messages to confirm the schedule, only phone calls. How can you judge me it's my fault? They have all my communication records and can fully inform me of the time in writing instead of calling. 3. I told her my notice was for a 1pm appointment and the front desk said "we never open 1-2pm because that's our break time". Sorry, I'm not your employer and I don't know your schedule.

Very nice doctor. I didn't have to wait as well. I sprained my ankle and the doctor had two sessions and it's totally healed now!
