β β β β β La la LOVE this spot. They have awesome decor - so clean & glam! The ladies here are INCREDIBLE. The sweetest nail technicians Iβve ever met, not to mention their skill level is beyond compare. They can literally create anything for your nails, just come in with a photo & let them work their magic. I canβt wait to come back and get another artsy manicure! Pricing is a bit higher than other places, but the ladies are efficient & thorough. I had Christine & sheβs the best Iβve encountered yet!
I brought my grandma with me & sheβs hard of hearing and can be a bit of a diva - the ladies were so patient with her & made sure she had a fun, comfortable experience.

β β β β β I always had a really good experience with the team. Theyβre very professional and always respect your opinions. I had extensions + crystals on my nails this time, so it takes a little longer than usual. My technician Miyu was really patient and her techniques are quite impressive. Strongly recommend this place, worths every dollar I paid for.

β β β β β First time getting nails done professionally. Miki (the technician) was very good at explaining things as she was working on my nails. Everyone was friendly, and they were very upfront with pricing (confirmed on the phone, at the beginning of the appointment before any work done, and again at the end). It was $60 for the polish with gel and $4 for 2 extensions (i had 2 broken nails).
Overall very pleasant experience, the place was very clean and comfortable. Mikiβs work is fantastic :)

β β β β β Nanami did a wonderful job plus it's amazing that she speaks Japanese, Mandarin and English. I like the way how the place is renovated of course. Most importantly, I like the fact that they have staff like Nanami, who is caring, fun and skillful. Keep up the good work.

β β β β β Overpriced and upselling. I went in there for ombre nails, I chose an off-white color and they charged me for it. The receptionist kept trying to sell me a membership package. Lots of miscommunication that erred on the side of paying more. I asked for my money back and they decided to give me some small free service to use for next time and I never got a chance to use it due to this miscommunication. I was very uncomfortable with the customer service, the pushiness to pay more and the fake promises, I do not feel like a customer, I feel like someone they want to get as much money from as possible. I gave them a couple chances but I will NOT go back again.

β β β β β I went to Shi Nail yesterday to get a gel polish manicure, and it was by far the best nail experience I have ever had. The salon is very clean, aesthetically pleasing, and they follow great Covid protocols. The manicure itself was great! The nail tech was very gentle and really took her time making sure my nails were perfect. The staff was so friendly as well. I will absolutely be back.
