★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to book appointment and reasonable prices. If you have the time, the ladies (plus one guy) will give you a fantastic pedicure. The staff are all very nice and cheerful. This was my first time at Creative Nails and I had a very positive experience (plus it's close to home).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today for a pedicure, and I never get color and I tell them I want my nails as short as possible and please spend some time cleaning up the bottom of my feet. Well prices have increased since they have re-opened, they were done in under 20 minutes start to finish, still dead skin on the bottom of my feet, and she did not cut my nails either. When I was at the counter to pay I relayed this information and was told "oh sorry" please pay here! Nothing at all, I said that was the last time I was going to use them, they have consistently gotten worse and worse every time I have gone! No lineup or anything so its not like she had anything to do after except play on her phone. They have also refused service to customers for not wearing masks inside but then many of the staff aren't wearing them and today not all the customers were.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in yesterday i did not find they are practicing good gyjiene their tubs are given a quick rinse and they dont use a plastic on it to soak the feet. Very concercing and should be looked at.i give it one star

Received acrylic nails and the nail beds are raised and the acrylics are already peeling after 2-3 days.
Friend came with me and wanted French tips and the tips went down 2/3 of her nail and had to be repainted when she got home.
Overall staff was pleasant but it’s the work we left with that earned this rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super cute place, unbeatable prices, very kind & conscientious staff & great colour choices for manicures & pedicures. (They have massage chairs for pedicures!)
Major downside though: appointment times don't seem to matter. My last appointment was booked for 2pm & I wasn't seen until 2:45, regardless of having booked a week in advance. Fortunately I was able to wait, but if I was short on time, I definitely would have been annoyed.
I still recommend them, just plan your visit with some extra time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to this place mostly for pedicures for over 3 years now and I always have a good experience. I will admit that I think they overbook themselves sometimes but I find all the women working there to be friendly and nice. They remember me even if it’s been months since I was there. Got acrylics done by Vanessa last time and I love them. Some polish is only now starting to chip a bit on the tips 3 weeks later but I have a job that can be tough on the hands.

Great acrylic and shellac / Pedis
*** Perfect french nails every single time :)
Call and make an appointment before coming, specifically during weekends, it can get quite busy and the wait can be a bit long.
Reasonable and fair prices $$
