I love this place! It was crazy busy when I walked in on a Saturday afternoon for my first appointment here ever. Jenny did both my mani and pedi, and she was so meticulous and took her time even with all the clients. Good Covid protocols, felt safe the whole time. Making another appointment for this month! Also - they have glow in the dark gel polish! ? it’s so cool when it glows at night!

TL;dr - be proactive and ask about pricing all along the process because there will surprises when it's time to pay. Great job on the nails though. First off, they're effectively cash only. I was told that if you pay cash they give you a 5% discount. Otherwise they accept debit only. The person who did the nails for me did a great job and really took her time to make sure the nails were perfect. I have no complaints about the nails themselves at all. My problem is with the pricing. There's a looot of bait and switch in terms of pricing (which I'm learning is an industry standard here in Canada) and almost zero communication about additional fees there may be until it's time to pay. I was told via phone that a fill is $50 but when I showed up the sandwich board outside said a full set was $40. When I questioned them asking why a fill costs more than a full set she said, "oh it's extra if you want colour. So a full set is actually $55 with colour". I asked if people typically opt not to get colour and she laughed and said no. I'm looking at the pricing list on their wall and there was absolutely nothing on there that indicates that colour is extra. I desperately needed a fill so I just went along with it because even at $50, most other places charged around that much for a fill anyhow. When I asked for a holographic colour she pointed out that it was an extra fee. Fine. I asked her to take my length down to a little more than 1cm past the quick. When she asked what I wanted done, I had a preexisting ombre (which I wasn't charged for at the last place I went to) so I told her I'd like the same thing but with a different colour. She didn't say anything and proceeded to do it. And again, did an amazing job of it. When it was time to pay for everything, I'm told that I have to pay an extra $5 for the ombre (which I wasn't told) and $10 for the "long length" (which I wasn't told and it was preexisting length. It wasn't their supplies that created the length). Huh? I was worn out (I have a chronic condition) so I didn't fight it and just paid the money and took the extra money I was charged out of her tip. I might have been able to get them to take that amount off, but I didn't want to risk making a scene when I wasn't feeling well. Long story short, I probably would have become a regular there if they stuck to the pricing posted in their business. But since they tacked on surprise prices and added $15 right out of the gate, I sadly won't be going back. That's too bad because the nail tech who did my jobs was one of the best techs I've encountered in YEARS and I would have sung the salon's praises from the rooftops had it not been for this.

I visited them for the first time but would recommend to tell them that you are there for the first time. The massage chair was not turned on and they didn't even checked whether it is turned on . No much scrubbing or massage. Manicure was okay but at the end there was nail polish in parts on your fingers.

Went back for second time, because the first time I wasn't happy.. but I thought if try again, it was worse than first time. Paid for gel w/ tips I wanted stiletto but I got coffin shape... And I got regular polish not gel. I know because 5 days and the colour is coming off. I'm going back to get these removed, as I don't think they could give the service I'm looking for.. Extremely Disappointed looking for a new nail place.

I got an acrylic set and she was so patient and caring while doing my set. She was so nice, and it turned out beautiful! Best place to get your nails done in Vancouver, I have been coming here for years :)

Very friendly service and at an affordable price point. The quality will vary by person, some of my manicures have lasted weeks, others have chipped the next day. Sometimes the service is rushed because they try to accommodate as many clients as possible. The tools are not sanitized between clients.

I have been waiting for about 6 months for my nails to grow back and to write a review. I honestly think everyone is very nice here and are professionals…it just took me 3 visits and my natural nail was sanded off to the point that it hurt so much to do anything. You can see the nail growth ledge of sanded vs new. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone but just thought I should share. ???✨ take care everyone!
