★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started coming here as a groupon customer as I moved here from Toronto. This salon (specifically KIM) has done my nails perfectly every time I’ve come here- I’ve never been displeased. That says something coming from a woman who has been going to the same nail tech for 8 years back home.
Every service I’ve done here has been done with cleanliness, precision and friendliness and great customer service. Kim does the most beautiful lashes that stay! And still look great when you are up for a fill. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was injured during my visit. The nail tech ripped @ my nails & was so rough she cut Me badly. The nails came out terribly & I had to have them re-done. The staff are rude & try to scam you. I lost over 100$ going here & im only sharing this review to save others frustration, time & money! ( the salon is disgusting & dirty with cob-webs in the corner. Unsanitary & unprofessional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought I’d give this place a try, but I will definitely not be returning. They definitely DO NOT clean their tools in between clients. That’s disgusting and unsanitary. It was my first time getting eyelash extensions and now I have an infection. I went to a different artist to get them removed and they have told me that there’s many problems with my lashes.
1) they’re not glued properly (too close to lash line)
2)build up on the lashes (didn’t know that there’s a special way to clean them.. lady at Tipsy salon didn’t give proper after care instruction)
3) the glue burns even many days after, which isn’t normal.
4) now my eyes are infected.. luckily I didn’t go blind
I do not recommend this place.
I don’t know how they are for nail but until they learn to properly clean there tools. I wouldn’t come here..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing nail salon!! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The service is quick and the work is done professionally. They did some adorable designs on my nails which I absolutely love. 10/10! I would definitely come back here:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Money comes and goes, their price is fair not too high, meet our common wealth goal. Love their service too, it's just out of order when gets really busy lol, so you want to come in early, first come first serve. I would still recommend them to family and friends..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their prices are pretty good and they do a pretty decent job but the couple of times I've been here, there was always a little something I was displeased with after leaving. I suspect a lot of it is just me being not picky so I don't think it's fair to ding them too much for this.
The thing that gets me the most is that it's a very cramped, disorganized space that leaves a bit to be desired in cleanliness. I'm not a germophobe so I don't get too icked out by it, but if you are you may not like this space that much. I don't think they are unsanitary, I definitely raise my eyebrows at times.
That said, they clearly have LOTS of regulars who really value their services and come highly recommended in my neighbourhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got shellac with a design on my real nails and within the first week i already had the top layer of the shellac peeling off. I believe it was not cured properly as many nails followed the same peeling and cracking. Within two weeks I had to cut my nails off as one nail completely broke off. They are super sweet and I'm sure they would have helped me out if I had gone back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came for an acrylic nail removal (got my set done elsewhere) and they pried them off with another nail tip. It was painful and it ripped layers off my nails. My nails are now soft and bendy. Be warned.
