β β β β β Everyone was pleasant and I liked the space, but I had high expectations and my results didn't turn out too great.
Three days ago, I came in for a Clean Up without polish on my feet and a Clean Up with gel polish on my hands.
The pedicure was fine. Toes were trimmed a bit uneven with some jagged edges, but it was easy enough stuff to fix once I got home, and not a big deal because my feet live in shoes and/or socks in the winter. I'm sure it would have looked nicer had I opted to get polish.
The gel manicure looked good, but the person I saw trimmed really deep into the cuticle and it resulted in multiple bleeding fingers. My fingers have been stinging for a couple of days, and washing my hands has been horrible, but the cuts have finally scabbed over. I went home with 3 cuts (2 knicks and 1 pretty deep cut that was still bleeding when I got home) and a few hangnails. I think I take good care of my cuticles, but they're kind of ragged now. I hadn't had a manicure since the summer, but I regularly oil my nails and don't usually get hang nails.
Not sure that I'd visit here again, at least not with the same person.

β β β β β Liveo is a beautiful salon, decorated to instantly make you feel relaxed and comfortable.
Jenn is an amazing technician and owner οΌmother as well!! οΌ I got laser hair removal for my half legs by her. She took care of me very much! I love my result! My legs are so smooth and nothing ingrown hair anymore. I want definitely to get laser done whole my body by her. Highly recommend everyone.

β β β β β I have been coming to Liveo for a while now to get my pedicures done with Natasha. She really knows what sheβs doing and I always leave with a really nice pedicure that lasts a long time.
I recently started laser hair removal with Natasha too. She took the utmost care to make sure that the appropriate laser was used for my skin type and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process by continually checking up on me.

β β β β β I've been going to Liveo since September 2021 from a friend recommendation. Since then, I've been going to Natasha every 4-5 weeks to do my nails! She has amazing attention to detail and spends time to make sure each nail looks perfect. Natasha also checks in with me throughout the process to make sure I'm happy with the length and shape etc. The nail retention is great, my gel never peels off and her designs are killer, my friends and strangers are always commenting on them!! :)

β β β β β Today was my first time visiting and I instantly felt comfortable in this space.
I saw Jen for my gel manicure, her personality is very warm, she is extremely detailed - oriented and you can tell she loves what she does. I also saw Lee for my acne facial , she was super kind, gentle and very informative during the whole treatment and guided me on product knowledge and skin care steps at home.
I honestly felt less stressed and beautiful walking out of this place - I highly recommend trying their services, thank you again and Iβll see you soon :)

β β β β β I usually never write reviews mostly because I'm too lazy to do it, but I really wanted share my experience at Liveo Beauty with Lee.
I have been to ALOT of nail salons in Vancouver but so far, this place was the best in price wise, service wise, and quality wise. I mostly go to Korean or Japanese nail salons because I like to do nail arts but I was never satisfied with the result because I am a little picky about the shape and the smooth surface of the nail. Even if the art is good, if the nail surface isn't smooth it just bothers me so much and makes me never want to go to that place again.
But Lee did an amazing job with making such a perfect smooth surface of the nail, and of course everything else as well (the design, shape, color, etc) I brought my own design and asked her this is what I want, and she just made my day for doing such a good job. One of the things I loved so much about todays experience was that Lee puts so much effort into every single detail and every single nail to make it look nice as possible.
