★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brio (formerly Charm) has been my go-to nail place for close to eight years. I have always had a great experience there and the staff is always friendly. After getting a shellac manicure (a beautiful ombre french) last week, I badly broke a nail. I returned to Brio (a last minute accommodation) and the owner very kindly repaired the nail. I have had experiences there before the technicians have always gone beyond with their care and commitment to service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the only salon I go to now as they have the perfect balance of reasonable prices for the cleanliness and great service. I’ve never felt uncomfortable about the hygiene practices here (as opposed to other salons) and have always left satisfied with my shellac nails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has a really nice atmosphere, and staff are really friendly, but my manicure wasn't the best. They filed some of my nails so they looked slated, and didn't apply a proper top coat so they didn't last long. They do have a good variety of colours though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did a great job replicating a picture I had chosen to do for my nails, but I left with a few nails misshaped and one missing the finishing after the gel. One day later I broke a nail and went back in, and they fixed that with the other issues at no charge. I then broke the same nail again a few hours later. Eventually within 2 weeks they all broke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place! Have been visiting it for nearly 7 years and still can’t get enough. Those few times I had to get my nails done elsewhere made me appreciate this place even more! I really can’t understand the negative reviews as all those times I’ve been there I never saw any customer complaining or leaving dissatisfied.
