★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only downside to this place is the lack of parking near this busy intersection. However, there's usually a spot within one or two blocks.
I've been coming here for a few years, and am very satisfied with the service here. The owner/operator always asks for instructions and always follows them perfectly. A very low key place that also offers pedi.. manicures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all Helen doesn't have customer service. I went there yesterday showed her the picture the hair look I wanted. I asked her layers in my long hair. She didn't listen and chopped my hairs very short. Now my hair looks bazar. Never going back to her as well as I will not recommend her to anyone. She ruined my graduation because of this filthy haircut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love going to this shop for my hair cuts. She keeps her equipment sharp so your hairs don't get pulled and she has high attention to detail so there is less trimming of those hard to get hairs when you get home after. On top of all this her prices are very reasonable which is one of the reasons I went there in the first place. I like it so much I recommend it to my friends and family. My mother and sister recently came all the way from abbotsford just to get a hair cut from her and they were happy they came. They loved their hair cuts and said it was just as good as hair cuts they got for double the price elswhere.
