β β β β β My friend came to the salon. She asked for brown balayage and a cut, she basically got the opposite. She went back to get it fixed and the lady was screaming at her pointed her finger at her. Was extremely rude and unprofessional. Iβve never heard anything like it I do not recommend this place at all.

β β β β β Pleased with their friendly service and great haircuts for my son (3 yr) and daughter (5yr). My daughter loved the new hairstyle very much. And price was quite reasonable which is an extra bonus.

β β β β β Great Vietnamese Salon. The staffs are really supportive and they are able to deliver great service. It is a nice place for have a haircut or have some unique styles for your appearance with reasonable prices. Highly recommended for students and commuters.

β β β β β I have been going to this salon for the past 4years. I usually book for my appointments directly with Song herself via text messages. The problem though in my case is Song makes me wait over 30minutes each time before she arrives to her salon. I finally find it annoying because i am paying and i give good tips. So while writing this, she was supposed to come at 10am for my appointment today and today, i have decided that this will be my last time coming to her salon. No apologies from her considered this time. No more.
So Song arrived 28 minutes after 1000. No apologies received so she was in great haste doing my hair retouch and i also politely requested them to wear a mask because the guy, i presumed is her assistant is coughing and whoever has been to this salon, are aware that THEY TALK A LOT( IN VIETNAMESE) I work in healthcare and i still see COVID + patients at the place i am working at.

β β β β β My friend came to this place to get her hair color ash grey highlights and a medium length hair cut. She came out with dark brown highlights and super short bob hair cut (not even a nice bob but a mix length haircut). So she came back to ask if they can fix her color at least because she knows they cant do anything about the hair cut now because itβs too short now. So the owner ended up pointing her fingers at her face, hitting her hands with the dirty combs and ruined her sweater when she tried to move her hand out of her face. They asked her to come and get her money back but instead no refund and they harassed her verbally and physically. Dont come to this place or at least prepare to get your hair ruined and waste your money.

β β β β β I got my hair coloured here which required bleaching and a haircut.
1) they were SO ROUGH on my hair, I felt countless strands being yanked out of my scalp painfully during the brushing and washing and bleach process. Felt like I was being tortured and it didnβt improve much after I asked her to be gentler.
2) she definitely over bleached my hair. It was supposed to be a balayage but basically my whole head was bleached. My hair was so dry and damaged like never seen before.
3) the whole process took NINE HOURS!!! Can you imagine that? Thatβs a whole day sitting in a chair. And the reason is that the they left me on the side constantly to attend to other customers.
4) TWO days later, my hair colour COMPLETELY FADED. I contacted the salon about it and they didnβt offer to fix it. $300 and 9 hours of my life wasted.
5) the lady who cut my hair completely botched it. Itβs basically asking your 4 year old to cut your hair. Itβs THAT bad. I could do it myself 100x better.

β β β β β I really liked how they made me feel taken care of!! I came in to get my roots Japanese straightened but Song talked to me about the damaged state of my hair and suggested keratin smoothing treatment for now and then Japanese straightening next time. Will be back in a few months to see her and the lovely people at the salon β€οΈ

β β β β β Amazing hair stylist, cute owner. My hair was never bleached before until the day I came to the store. After getting bleached and having treatments, my hair isn't burnt or dry at all. From my natural hazelnut brown hair color to the ash grey color only took 1 time bleach. Surely I will visit them more!
