β β β β β Asked for layers multiple times and it ended up being mostly a straight cut. Specified wanted a trim and not too much cut ended up cutting way too much and thought it was short in the front and longer in the back for layers but it was not. Service is ok, mostly talks with the other coworker. Went to another hair salon and said my hair was cut unevenly. Bad experience.

β β β β β Styling was good she straightened my hair with iron but the cut was average. I just needed a little trim she trimmed the bottom layer and front of my hair i did not feel all my hairs were completely trimmed until i asked and she trimmed the top layer too after that. Overall so so okay with Groupon price

β β β β β I didnβt want to put a bad review because this was a personal recommendation to come here, but I had a horrible experience first time coming here with the petite lady working on my hair. Originally she quoted me a price for a simple womanβs haircut over the phone but later changed her mind while working on it (because it took more than her estimated 15mins) and in the end started arguing with her coworker about what price to charge me. She went back and forth until she came back and said that she will give me a βdiscountβ because itβs my first time here but never again in the future. She said it with an angry face. Throughout the entire haircut she never asked me how everything was and in the end did not ask even ask me if Iβm happy with the outcome. By the way, Iβm not happy with the cut either, she didnβt listen to what I wanted. Good luck with your salon but I wonβt be returning. FYI. I am Vietnamese and understood everything you said - I was just hidden underneath a face mask.
