★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth it at all. I order these from doordash and asked not to add coconut milk. I ordered to share with my aunt who is allergic to nuts and coconut. Luckily I took a bite first and tasted it. I will not be ordering from this place again. Not only it happened once, it also happened twice. This is the second time and I finally screenshot and took a photo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly service with awesome desserts! I ordered a lychee slush and it was absolutely delicious. There were wayy too many options to chose from and I'm definitely going to be back to try more soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed this place! Customizable shaved ice with sooo many options for toppings. You also get a squeeze bottle of condensed milk and you can add as much as you want. It was delicious and I'd come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a bit skeptical coming back to this location because I've had trouble with this store in the past and thus gave it a low review. But after a craving for an icy treat, I decided to give this place a second chance. A big difference I noticed was the quality of the desserts and service had gone up dramatically from the last time I had visited. This was probably from the new management that recently took over. It was a delight coming here and I'm glad I took the chance on coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hubs and I got some coupons online for 8 toppings, so after the movies we decided to have our "night cap" here.
Decor & atmosphere: very simple and small place for a quick dessert.
Kitchen service: Ordered at 10:31pm. Our ice came out at 10:36pm.
Taste, portion, price: We were given a bottle of condensed milk so we can pour the sweetness to our hearts content. The bowl of ice was large, the toppings are ok, but 4 lychee per topping order seemed a bit little...it is pretty simple dish - ice cream is extra.
Overall this place is ok. May or may not come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of our favourite places for a quick light dessert. Who doesn’t love shaved ice? Always freaking busy but always so polite. Choose your favourite toppings, add condensed milk if needed and dig in! We held ourselves back and only chose four. I highly recommend the little mochi balls and flavourful poppers. Next time we’ll have to try one of their red bean or traditional desserts! I only gave 4 stars because they don’t have the palm hearts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very excited to finally try the mango crepe from Icy Bar Knight St branch but we were very disappointed. Firstly, as soon as we entered the restaurant, there was an overwhelming stench of cigarette mixed with what smelled like a blend of 2 or 3 perfumes. Secondly, the taste of the mango crepe we ordered were horrible. The crepe was dry. It was overfilled with whipping cream and that’s all you could taste. The mango portions were almost non existent. As you can see in the photo we provided, there is just 1 chunk of an almost ripe mango placed in the middle of the crepe. It is so disappointing for we paid almost $50 for 5 orders and this is what we got. If I were you, I will just save my money and spend it somewhere else. Thanks.
