R	Ryan Macala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A super employee made my visit to the store a joy! Its rare you can come to the internet with a great experience, especially when it comes to mobile plans. Flora was patient, friendly and best of all, educated on the product and infrastructure. She was willing to take the time and let me ask my questions. The differences between the signals, benefits of different hardware and customer juggling as I sat researched my options. This education on the differences gives me an understanding the bonuses and detriments. The contract and information was well explained and demonstrated. The service is palatable and with 8GB of data, I can do pretty much anything I want Luck of the draw? Maybe, but this goes down as an excellent customer support employee.

I asked if they had any Samsung S9 and she said she had a few in the back. I then asked if she could set me up with a new phone because I destroyed mine a few minutes before that. She told tried to lie and say that she didn't have anymore but would be getting a shipment in the morning. I went to a freedom mobile in South Surrey instead cause I was working in the area the next day. They had awesome service

A	A A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wind mobile is better then the 3 big cell companies, I received great and friendly service, and when I said I wanted to buy a phone out right she said if I was to do another deal I could get same service but a $100 cheaper, I thought that was nice and honest of her since she could have just let me spend the extra $100 and I would have never know that. I would definitely recommend this place, only 1 problem they do not have a good selection of hard shell case protectors, but this is minor problem, since there is a lot of places that carry them.
