★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a phone and getting a phone plan. I know that seems a bit over the top, but Sunny at NextGen Mobile, seems to really know his stuff, was incredibly friendly, even when I initially told him I was just shopping around.
He found a rate that Bell offers that I didn't even know what available from looking at their site. I assumed I'd be going back to Freedom Mobile for the 3rd time in my life, mostly because phone plans in Canada are brutal.
When I came back, Sunny was talking to another person who said pretty much the same thing to me. He was incredibly helpful with picking out the options. I probably would have gone with Freedom otherwise. Sunny was honest an upfront, about the various plans, and seems to want to find the best deal for his customers.
Honestly great experience. I wasn't in much of a rush, so I let him help out some elderly folks who were having trouble understanding their phone plans they had recently purchased, he was also really patient with them and seemed interested in making sure that everything was working well, encouraged them to come back at the end of the month if there were any issues that might pop up with their bills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad service. I went in to get a phone and they would not sell the phone they had to me because i wanted it on a tier of plan that would pay them less. I agreed to take it on the tier he wanted me to buy it on as i was in a hurry.
The small business plan that I wanted fell through as it was a new business and I did not have established business credit. I decided to add the line to an existing bell account that I had in my own name. He refused to sell it to me unless he called one of the users on my account (my mom) even though the account was in my name. I had her on that account as I was previously an employee and got a discount. As the account was under my name and under my credit it was completely inappropriate for them to try calling a different user to authorize the transaction.
He was rude and had a tone the entire conversation. I decided to go to best buy and got the phone there instead. For less. Do not shop here.
On top of all of this they didn't even cancel the order they were working on and now I have had to spend 1.5 hours of my time on the line with bell because of the number port request the store was supposed to cancel.
I will be making a complaint to their Bell dealer manager.
