★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pay for 500Mbps, receive 50Mbps. Twice now, at two separate addresses I have had to have technicians sent out to investigate why I'm not getting the speeds I'm paying for. They're still happy to send you the full invoice each month though, even though this effects your ability to work. I've also had the autopayment system just fail, resulting in past due notices and previous balances being carried over.
The extra star is because all of this has really only been in the last year or so. The customer service is usually good, and I never used to have any issues.

I am currently at work and decided to call in to get modifications to my account and Justin was so quick to answer, under 60secs.
He managed to resolve my billing inquires and also make modifications to my internet speed. He solved everything quite fast and within reason. He also took the time to answer my questions and everything in between.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything about Novus is top notch from the plan cost to their CS team. I want to make a shout out to the CS and technician I believe their name is Tina and Faye. They were extremely quick and nice in helping me with the issues I was having. Give both of them a raise :D !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty efficient set up process and service. My husband and I moved provinces and had to cancel since service isn’t available where we are moving. It’s been a total nightmare since then! Super slow, lagging etc. It’s really interesting that this only happened after we unfortunately had to cancel. Now when we move back to BC we will definitely NOT use Novus as they clearly don’t care about their customers, old or new. Rude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was great, informative and friendly. I was able to get a booking at the end of the month to get everything installed even though I called on the 27th. I love that there's no contract and so much cheaper than the bigger telecommunication companies. Also, they have a great referral promotion for both the referred and the person who referred - 1 month free for each party.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had TV and Internet services by Novus for nearly two years now.
No problems whatsoever.
This past Sat./Jun.4 night, because of my cell's accidental Reset, I didn't get WiFi on it for the first time when I came home.
It was about the Customer Services' closing time in about 25 mins.
JAMES assured me due to the time constraint, someone will call me back the next morning.
On Sun./Jun.5 at 9:30 am, DINO called to tell me of the necessary Password etc.
Must say Novus do have top-notch and impressive customer services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service compared to other big internet providers who make you hold for at least 15 minutes on the phone.
However, the connection and speed aren't consistent. Spoke with a Novus agent, she tried a few different bandwidth settings, but couldn't fix the issue. I'm giving one star for customer service and one star for pricing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had nothing but amazing customer service the whole way through. From initial set up to cancellation (moving out of their current service area)
Price was unbeatable, and their speeds were strong and consistent.
Of note they have higher available upload speeds than Shaw with is beneficial for working from home.
Will definitely switch if they expand to our new area!
