★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a daily basis, Rogers' phone support earns its appalling reputation. However, Rashmi at the Rogers store in Kingsgate Mall was incredibly helpful in our recent upgrades to phones and plans. She was smart, professional, and respectful—and the only reason Rogers kept us as customers.

I typically hate sorting phone stuff, even though I know the basics and more; I just want my phone to work, and I don't want to be price gouged or spend hours trying to figure out the best provider or plan. Plus I'm old and I just feel impatient about the whole fat thing. So if you want to feel listened to by a patient person who can explain why and remembers you when you walk in a week later, go see Harry. He'll get you set up. Thanks so much, Harry!

The store manager, Harry spent a lot of time trying to find me the best deal available both in terms of the device and the plan. All in all, a great experience. I would highly recommend it.

I could go on and on with the detail, but the most important thing to know is that this entire team is customer obsessed and will do what it takes to make their customers happy. They go above and beyond, educating, informing and then servicing the heck out of their customers. Great to see this level of service in a very competitive space.
