★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went to this store to get a new SIM card and they couldn't even do that. If i could give negative stars I would. DO NOT go to this store if you want even the simplest thing done.....trust me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at 5 pm on a Wednesday. Both on the internet and on the stores' door it says they close at 6 pm on Wednesdays.
However, the store was closed. When we knocked there were employees that told us behind closed doors why they were closed. Couldn't figure out why 'though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bell mobility has been harassing me over the phone for months trying to contact someone I've never heard of. Despite the fact that I've had my number for years and I've told them on several occasions to stop calling me they will not stop.
I just called them again twice to try and get them to stop. The first time they hung up on me when asked for the agents name. The second time they just said that there is nothing they can do to stop the calls.
I've never been a customer nor will I ever be a customer of this horrid company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make sure you don't come here during the employees lunch break which could range anywhere from 11 till 1. After waiting outside for over half an hour and calling the phone number that they have on the door with no luck I decided to leave

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service. I went there half hour before they close. One of the guy listed all the possible plan and calculated the price for me. It really helped me save lots of money. He also helped me transferred my information to the new phone which took a very long time. Very nice guy.

We had a great experience with this store location. I brought my mom to this store to help her get a new sim card for a phone I had bought her. She was impressed with the great service from Kai Zhou. He was professional, patient and informative. He helped my mom get a free phone and told she can get a new phone every 2 years. I have to admit he spent a lot of time trying to get her a phone deal. By going above and beyond the call. Also, Eva and Stephanie were great. I will definitely recommend this location to all my friends and family. This store by far exceed our expectations!!! Keep up the Fantastic Work Guys !! We are happy Bell customers.. :)
