★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable ! It says that this place opens at 10:30am but I tried to call so many times but no one picked up! At first I thought they’re busy so I decided to drive over and stop by the shop. The doors were locked and there was no one in there! Please!! If you’re open for business and post your hours on google, then be accurate! It doesn’t not say open for appointments only ! Will not come again! Don’t trust that I’ll be treated properly when you can’t even be responsible enough to open during your business hours!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment for 2. Showed up as preplanned, and the front door was locked shut. Called the front desk (maybe you needed to call to be let in?) No. The masseuse apparently called in sick and did not bother to call to alert the people who had made appointments for that day. What an absolute joke.
