 The nurse at the front desk did not ask the patient to help the patient change the time. Really angry.
At night, the nurse is not finished yet. There is no hanging line at all.

โ โ โ โ โ Condescending, rude, and unprofessional. Dr. Tony Tom is always late and rambles about irrelevant topics before discussing your issues. He has no idea what he's doing and can't even give family members basic information regarding status updates or treatment plans. He will refer you to incompetent "specialists" to push their own agendas on you (like signing up for clinical trials) and will dig his heels in the ground when you ask him to refer you to others for a second opinion.
If you care about your health or the health of your loved ones, don't come here. The entire experience is maddening and will leave you with nothing but wasted time.
