★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hair cuts. Helen communicates well and lets you know how long it will take to get to the hairstyle that you want. Been to a lot of places, but been happy with this place for 2 years now. Because of COVID, I'm not sure if she's taking too many customers, so I would call first!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for highlight and I showed her a photo of my own hair a few years back and asked her to make it exactly like that. She told me it is $150 and I asked her I needed a trim she consulted her book and said $168. She asked if I wanted honey colour. I emphasized that I did not want any yellow or orange or red tone and I wanted olive tone. She said I might need extra step and that would be extra $30. I was ok with it. She started foiling my hair. I told her that last time my whole hair was bleached and then highlighted and she kept saying that she would do extra step and she seemed she knew what she was doing! and I trusted her. After washing my bleached her she asked if it were ok now or if I wanted extra step!!!! I was very upset because which hair stylist call this finished job?! Then she consulted her book again and said it would be $228 and I had to day ok because I would not go in street like that. she put a color on my hair but unfortunately it did not change the color much. Although it conditioned my hair after all that bleach.
She asked me to use violet shampoo to correct the color.
She cut my hair ok and styled.
With tax and everything, I paid $250.
Now I’m thinking of how to fix it!
I should not forget to say that her foiling was awful! Starting more that one inch from my scalp, there is a distinct straight line dividing dark brown hair from “honey” color hair!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped for a haircut. It's by appointment. I'm not picky and the service was fast. And there was no pulling any of my hair out during the hair cut, unlike some other places where once in a while they pull out some of your hair while cutting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helen is such a sweet and lovely lady. I have curly hair and went for a haircut. She gave me a nice haircut, however the length became shorter than expected. Nevertheless, hair will grow back, but I loved the way she took care of my hair.

She put in a lot of care and effort to give me a great haircut! Her prices are very fair and reasonable. She takes pride in her profession and keeps a very neat and clean hair salon, too. Helen is an excellent hair stylist and I am very satisfied with the service I received today. Thank you, Helen!
