S	Sm K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady owner even does not know how to cut simple two blocks style. Went there twice last couple months to get done the two blocks style cut. The lady owner cut my hair both times and she cut me as freaking mushroom style. Why did I went there twice? First time she was very busy, so I generously tried to understand her situation and I didnt say anything even she cut my hair weirdly. Second time, I was the only customer and she also gave me freaking mushroom style cut again instead of two blocks. And both time, she gave me small scratch on my neck while she using a clipper. Looks like she is not good at the basic skills? Lastly, both male and female owners, they always stare my credit card pin and the amount of tip that I typed when I pay.... What a embrassing and rude experience!

Seems like the quality now matches the price. Great if you don't mind a little blood from your neck or ears once in a while, or a couple patches of uneven hair.
N	Ned Ned on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always come here for an affordable for an average haircut since 2010. I come here due to fact it is near the sky train. Today, 11/28/2018, when the lady who cut my hair saw a white guy coming in. She was like "the flash" and sent me to a non professional who shampooed and dried my hair and that's that. Usually they would check and finalize after shampoo and drying. I felt so degraded since i was a customer since 2010. I pay 17cad and tip 3cad all the time. That is even more than 15% tip. When i got back home, my roomie cut my hair at the back to make it look balance and i have to cut my sides and front to make it more symmetrical. I would like to find a better salon next time... Too bad they didn't treat me like a loyal customer since 2010.
C	Courtney Worsley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable Price for a haircut. The shop itself not overly appealing but the way they cut hair is quick and with style. I was very satisfied with my cut and it was only $25 ladies hair cut (no wash) wash is extra. She even curled my hair after the cut at no charge. I would recommend as a cheap and decent haircut shop if you are looking for lengthy conversations and a top end salon this is not the shop for you.

My hair takes long time to grow, so I made sure she (I believe her name is angel, the old lady that sit at reception) knew how much to take off. My hair length is pass my chest by a good 2 inches. She showed me where the end length would be (at my chest) and I agreed with that length. However, the actual end length is 3 inches above my chest (almost shoulder length). Yes, she still charged full price. I wanted to cut my side bangs too but after seeing how much she took off, I passed and couldn't wait to get out of there. Now I have to wait another yr or longer for it to grow down to my chest and go somewhere else to cut my bangs and pay more money. I absolutely hate this length, not flattering on me at all. I should've checked their ratings and review before going there. I just wanted a straight cut across, not that hard, thought any hair dresser could do it, she did it but only chopped off way more than I asked for. She even said "I only cut this much (using her thumb and index finger to show the length) shorter". That much shorter was 3 inches more than I asked for. She took off a good 6 inches total. Made a terrible mistake. I don't know how they're still open. I saw the other hair dresser cut another person's hair. It wasn't nice. If you want to look ugly and have hair length that you did not ask for, then this is the best place to go. If not, steer far from this place.
