★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good experience to donate through Vancouver Donations. Thanks them to pickup my donation packs in front of our apartment door during the raining day! All good wishes to them and hope I could help some people through them. Will go with them again when I have another chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their site is clear and easy to use with a simple booking system making pick up easy. The driver took the donations so quickly and I was able to get on with my day. If you have anything to give I would highly suggest to book with them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Communication is excellent. They replied my email and even sent a text reminder. Unfortunately, they didn’t pick up the donation bag on the said date. Don’t know what happened? The big black garbage bag is leaning beside the front door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unreliable. I scheduled a pick up, got a confirmation text message and the day before my pick up, got a text message saying they're cancelling my pick up. Rescheduled for another pick up the next day and got a confirmation. I even called them to confirm again just so it doesn't get cancelled again. The day before the rescheduled pick up, I got a text message saying my pick up got cancelled. I tried calling them multiple times and no one would pick up. I am moving so would like to donate some old clothes - could've donated with another organization and now it's too late to book one before my moving date. Ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the best donation experience I've ever gotten! I was looking to donate unnecessary clothes for so long. I don't have a car, so I barely had any options on how to drop off my ton of stuff. Your pick up service is such a treasure! The website clarified my questions, booking took me not more than a minute. Although I wanted to reschedule a couple times and had multiple locations to pick up from, communication on the phone and via email was crystal clear and pleasant. The driver is lovely!
Will use this service again 100%, when I have more things to donate. I am happy that I was able to help someone with my donation.
