Very dirty store. They sell kitchenware that has not been washed, dirty $20 kettles and $30 toasters. They didn't price-match an item they were selling for three times the price of brand new. At least the personnel was polite.

Always manage to find some great items here. Not sure if the pricing has gone up, or if different locations are priced differently but this one can be expensive sometimes for second hand items. I saw a pressure cooker for $70 and some shoes for $40, may as well buy new or on marketplace without tax. The deals take a bit more time and are harder to find.

One of the worst value village I've ever been to in terms of variety, cool finds or merchandise quality. Some prices are comparable to retail yet it's a very used item . Totally understand it's non profit but I'm just saying as it is. For cash donations its totally fine, but gem hunting not so much

I had a very bad experiences at this place. I am exempt from wearing a mask but they don't care. They've forced me many times to wear a mask and they were not polite . Especially the short lady with long curly hair, she was rude to me. She said she was a manager when I was going to talk to a manager of this store but security person said she was not. They always forced me to stay exactly on the blue sign when i was waiting to a cash register. In December 2021 the other beautiful, young and tall girl with long black hair refused to sell me something at the cash register as longest as I wear a mask properly.. on my nose. That is terrible. Is a shame for you guys to treat people like that.

We are doing spring cleaning and it is such a blessing to have Value Village nearby. They organize their donations really well. Therefore we feel safe to make donations to them and to give life again to our household items.

The golden days of thrifting here are over - almost everything is laughably overpriced. No returns, only exchanges, and they are also still using Covid as an excuse to keep change rooms closed.

This was my first experience in a thrift shop and I would say that I was not disappointed and rather I got a lot of stuff in a certain small budget for a student. Would recommend people to go and try to find whatever they wanted a cheaper price but of course it is a thrift shop so whatever you get it will be 2nd hand but sometimes you can get good quality products even which seems like brand new at affordable price.

The store itself was clean and well-organized. Lots of things to look at. However, only 3 stars because many of the items were overpriced! I recognized several items in used condition (and some in quite used condition) that were priced at brand new, or even for more than what it would be if bought at the retailer. Given that their inventory is by donation, I think their prices should be at least 50% of original price. There are, however, some hidden gems you can find if you take the time to browse, like this cool hamster cage. If I had a hamster, I'd totally want him or her to live in this.
