★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. I take vegie sandwich as i dont eat meat. I usually double up cheese and avocado, and the veggies. When i asked for extra veggies, she was just using regular veggies. I have worked in subway and i know if customer ask for extra veggies we are suppose to give extra veggies. All i was asking extra was spinach. Also the tone and the way of her talk was really rude and unfriendly. I was still trying to be nice with her. But she was so rude. Bad customer service overall and bad experience.

It kind of looks like they are openly mocking the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually get what I want in a sandwich there, but new years eve I got served a botulism episode waiting to happen. I got the turkey breast. I got it home and took a bite, it was slimey. I opened it up an the turkey was grey, with a blue spot. I've been a customer for 3 years at the same location. I didn't eat more than one bite. I don't know if I'll go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are good servers. A bit slower than the usual Subway we go to but probably they are new staff. They wear masks and gloves which is a HUGE PLUS!
Dine in and take out. New design and a bit cleaner than before.
Will update if they change again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are quite nice but I'm not sure if they have their foodsafe- more than once have I been in and they move the sandwich from the liner onto the bare counter in order to put it on the wrapper. Also the spinach looks to be on its last legs, with the staff having to pick soggy blackened leaves off my sandwich as they put it on(and they missed a few). Good coffee though.
Update: all the ingredients look fresh again :)
