β β β β β Friendly staff and generally good at following procedures regarding maintaining mcdonalds food quality.
My only recommendation would be to ensure you properly make iced coffee. We order 5x a week and it is often improperly made!
Otherwise good!

β β β β β Drive thru seems to be okay but NEVER go inside. Homeless people everywhere. People going ahead of you in line. Unbelievably slow! Took 10 minutes waiting to order a vanilla latte and muffin. 5 minutes later get it and they forgot the flavor shot in my latte and the muffin is hard and old at 1030am. NEVER GO IN.

β β β β β This is the worst McDonald's location by far. Their customer service is terrible and the staff is never apologetic. For instance, they got my order wrong today and one of the middle aged ladies yelled at us to: "Not open the bag!" Also, you can never get through to this location by phone because their lines are always busy so I will be escalating this to head office for a thorough response. Clean up your act, McDonalds!

β β β β β I had an out of this world experience with the employee Anson J, he not only understood my order but we sustained a moment where we both combined mutual understanding and both of us connected as peers in a psycological manner. I have never experienced such flattering customer service with a man <3 Thank you.

β β β β β Service was fast and friendly. It looked passably clean. This McDonald's could be the worst layout I have ever seen. If there are more than three people in line you are out the door. You are waiting for your food in such a cramped area people are bumping and stepping on one another. The seating is up a narrow and steep stairway that you can hardly believe is legal. The sheer chaos involved in just getting your food is enough to look for a different place to eat.

β β β β β Wait for ten minutes and after ten minutes they tell me to wait another five minutes for apple pie because they are short of staffs. There are two staffs at front does not have anything to do.If you have informed me the waiting period when I place my order, I would appreciate. Very bad management. Fast food means fast service.
