β β β β β Staff are polite. The line moves relatively quickly. Donut quality is sometimes inconsistent, and it takes them a while to replenish the sold out ones. I also find that they tend to ignore my sauce adjustments for my sandwiches (as requested on mobile app).

β β β β β Newly opened and it is clear to soon. Kiosks not working, not enough seating, iced drink machine not working, friendly staff but not one smile today seem already stressed. They have a weird lounge section with a tv ( also not working) is this the new design concept? Just seemed out of place for a Tim's. The spicy Thai soup was good as was the ham and cheese sandwich. I trust the kinks will be worked out.

β β β β β Only went in for a coffee and there were only three people waiting to order. Worst run Tim's ever.
The manager had the till cashier running to get this and that and help fulfill orders. Meanwhile there another not doing anything but socializing with customers.
I honestly felt as though this was a racially motivated screw around being the only non ethnic person in there. 20min from start to receive my order

β β β β β Ordered again today and updating my score to 1 star instead. Embarassing, and it sucks when I feel like I just wasted my money.
Itβs okay, good when you go in but canβt order my coffee and breakfast each morning via DoorDash because I cannot specify I want double toasted bagel. I always get a warmed bunch of dough and it sticks cause you changed your eggs and tried to step to your game.
Figure out your delivery setups better and think about what the customer may want. The organization of the menus and options are terrible.
