β β β β β The lady owner (May) was very rude. She kept insulting me in Chinese to the girl thinking I don't understand. The drape that she used on me still has a lot of hair from the last guy as well, not very hygienic considering with covid19 going around. Never coming back here again.

β β β β β Lady was extremely rude. Asked me if I wanted layered bob/one length. Just wanted to clarify what she meant and she just went off "educating" me in a condescending way. The board said $10 but then charged me $20. Never coming back again.

β β β β β I went to the Victoria Drive area to cut off my hair for donation and then get a simple bob cut. I was in a rush so when I saw the salon was empty and the board advertised $11 for hair cuts, I went in. I explained what I wanted and a woman agreed. The woman was going to use my loose hair band to tie all my hair into one bundle and cut. I had to ask her to separate my hair into couple bundles and tie with her smaller elastic bands so after the hair is cut, the hair would remain in bundles for donation. Up to this point, it still warrant a 3 or 4 start even if the cut turns out so so. The one star is that she charged $25 and said that it's for long hair at the end. I never had to pay extra for cutting off hair for donation so it was quite a shock. If she had said in the beginning that it is $25 because of the extra work in cutting off my hair for donation, I may have paid the $25 plus a tip as I was in a rush. Instead, due to what I consider dishonest business practice and misleading pricing, I paid the $25, left without any tips, now trying to write a impartial one-star review and will never go back. What a disappointment. Wat a short-sighted business practice.

β β β β β I have the Worst experience here. We went there on 23 feb, they were trying to be good with us but in actual they were so rude. They had an advertising board which shows that they gonna do the cutting for 10 dollars but in reality they charged us 27 dollars. He really doesnβt know how to do the layer cutting. We have shown some pictures to them but still they just did according to them. I will never ever recommend any other person to come here.
