Placed an order at 1:23 in the afternoon and it was not delivered until 3:29 in the afternoon. Location is 15 blocks from my house I could have walked there eaten and walked back in 2 hours. When I called at 3:25 Manager tells me it just left. Bucket arrived 4 minutes alter just barely warm. Last time I ordered from this location a 10 piece bucket 5 pieces were legs. Last time I went to this location it was a 20 minute wait for a 10 piece bucket at 2:15 in the afternoon. Management obviously doesn't have a clue what they are doing! Driver still gets a $5:00 tip every time they come to my door as it is not there fault!

One of the worst KFC locations you can go to, and a poorly-run franchise unit. Service and wait times are always long, and manager is very harsh on employees. The chicken bowl we purchased was only โ…” full for no good reason. Doesn't always carry the soft drinks that they advertise.

Definatly one if the original restaurants and original building it's very small and clearly made for take and go. But it's quick although the day I went it wasn't very fresh and the pop was mostly soda and tasted like it came with the original owner too...bleh.

This store just wasting time for delivery driver. They only making order for customer order in store. Customer just come and they get orders right away. For delivery orders their just fukin ignored it's and not even starting order after 10 minutes. Unless orders get decline by driver and it's running around driver. Doordash, Uber, Skipthedish company should stop working with this store.

6:30pm - ordered online. Simple bucket with side of corn. Approximate delivery time 7:06pm 7:30pm - still no food, I call the store. No one picking up. Called again, still no one. Called again, service is unavailable. Awesome. Call again, finally someone picks up. It is now 7:45pm. I am told they "didn't see" my order. She promises it will be there in 15mins. I agree. 8:05pm - I get a call from a delivery driver, saying the food is in the front of my house, great. I check, no food in front of my house. I call the store back, no answer. A couple of tries later, finally my call is picked up. I am told they are getting a hold of the driver. 8:20pm - I call back to see what's going on, she can't seem to track down the driver, instead is talking to me like I'm the driver and asking the status of an ordered delivered. I let her talk and then let her know that I AM the one looking for my order still. Once again, another promise of my order in 15mins. I'm told I can't get a credit. Either take a few extra pieces of chicken or just cancel the order. (Were hungry. All this wait and she just wanted me to cancel the order. We're in too deep, I agree to the extra chicken and wait the promised 15mins. 8:50pm - my doorbell rings, the food has arrived. I received an extra 2pcs of chicken for 2+hrs of wait time and utter confusion and dysfunction on their end. Half a box of fries, soggy as hell chicken, and half a tub of corn for all my patience. I then receive an email to review, which then was followed up today. I call and speak to someone directly. And still no remedy for the situation. She insisted on come in for a replacement, which I don't want. I wanted some type of credit, but she said it's not their responsibility to give credits or missing orders. I mean, they missed the online order and it just snowballed from there there, but apparently their not responsible ????โ€โ™‚๏ธ. Its simple. Order comes in. Prepare the order. Send it out. 30min process. 45mins MAX. Definitely NOT a 2.5hr process. This happens at this location multiple times. The saving grace the last time this happened was that the manager working the shift at the time hand delivered it himself when the order was missing. This time around, the ladies I dealt with were not enthused at the fact that they made mistakes and that I was complaining that I just simply wanted the food I ordered. Somehow it was my fault.

For the first time I can say the service at this KFC was one of the best. The young lady that served me was outstanding she nailed every part of the word customer service she should be promoted to manager. I ordered a 25 peice party pack the only problem is they forgot to give me my second pack of French fries. When I released I was missing the second pack of French fries it was to far to drive back to this location. I'm hoping KFC reaches out to me to compensate me for the error.

Workers are all good, but the Manger is just awful. I myself owns 3 franchises and this is not how you want it to run. Awful service, won't accept the coupons that are ( in store coupons ) and say it's online coupon. Just try to avoid a argument in which they are at fault. Been here 3 times and always had an issue. Might be okay if you wanna get a regular sandwich. But if you think to use a good deal or a coupon you just stumble upon. With you luck. Terrible. Won't say more cause this branch doesn't care.

Ordered via skip the dishes and was very happy overall. The order was accurate, food was relatively warm and the box was well packed. I would definitely order again.
