β β β β β Iβm from out of town and was very excited to try Churchβs Chicken today, it would have been my first time. However, the customer service here was so horrible that my friends and I decided to get a refund. While I completely understand that a lunch rush on a weekend can get extremely busy, the wait times were unacceptable.
Many customers waited 45 minutes to get their food, I even saw customers who had been in the drive thru come in because their food was taking too long. Iβve never seen such a disorganized restaurant. Not wanting to wait in the very long line of disgruntled customers, we decided to get a refund and go elsewhere. The entire time the management processed the refund he did not speak a single word to me. And not once did I hear any of the employees apologize for the wait times, or for the mistakes made with other customers. I was extremely disappointed and will not make the mistake of stepping inside this location again.

β β β β β Used to love this place. But recent purchases were disappointing. One time ridiculously the cashier literally ignore us in line up. We have been waiting in front of line for over 10 min and we asked twice when can someone take our order? The lady kept telling us to β wait a min.β Third time we ask and finally someone take our order. There were line up behind us and one customer even gave up waiting. There were twice that literally only 2 groups in store and we have been waiting over 15 min for our simple order. We saw customers with number after us getting their order but us. It seems like the lady totally forgot our order when we asked about our order. We will not be having Church Chicken at this location for a while until service improves.

Waited for more than 20 mins the drive- thru and got ice-cold bombers and uncooked rice .
Come here if you want to waste your time and money.

β β β β β Probably the only Church's Chicken location which has an Actual Drive-through, however it's mostly very busy (drive thru). But no complaints regarding anything so far.

β β β β β The worst experience since I visited this place so many times. I ordered the 14 pieces drumstick combo deal. All of the chicken I got is so unfresh, thin seasoning with weird taste. Even the gravy is coldοΌI decided to throw all the chicken away. I donβt suggest this place for chicken anymore.

β β β β β Ordered a spicy chicken wrap and this, I canβt even make this up, is what I got. What on earth is this miniature wizened ancient grain of a chicken tender inside my wrap? Like I get it, you guys are busy and itβs late, but you could at least put the customary two chicken tenders inside of the wrap that Iβm paying $13 for the combo for, rather than half of a chicken tender that was so dried up I couldnβt even bite into it. Iβm only giving this two stars because for once they put enough spicy mayo in there lol

Yes, this is the full uneaten 3 piece combo.
They only gave me a few fries, and the chicken is really small and dry.
Contact them through their online customer service form, no answer at all.
I know everything is more expensive nowadays, but if you do business like this, cheating your customers, good luck with your business.
Churchβs used to be really tasty and the portion is great. What happened now?
