B	Bob Yee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made the mistake of ordering on Cyber Monday because they were way behind schedule and resorted to reheating their chicken. Yes, I could see them toss the pre-fried chicken into an oven, not frying the chicken fresh like I was expecting. That resulted in chicken with less crispy skin. That would have been okay but they skimped on the spices too, so the chicken lacked any flavour. I didn't think you could screw up fried chicken but this outlet did it. Very disappointed even if I did get my order for half price.
C	Chris Life on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second Time I have had KFC in 3 years the last time was disgusting, it tasted like it was cooked in old burned oil and it was soggy (night street location off uber eats, that day there was some promotion going on and a line up around the block to get orders and food. So tonight I figured hey maybe it's a one off thing, ill give it another chance. Tonight I got a feast bucket, where the tenders, popcorn chicken, fries gravy and biscuits were what were expected for quality and flavour, but the 10 whatever piece bucket.. DISGUSTING inedible and it doesn't taste like KFC chicken to me taste burnt and gross, for one thing I think they gave me spicy when I ordered original (end of the night chicken places always make to much spicy even though they never sell it out). Beyond the possible flavour being wrong it also had the burnt oil taste and it was extremely soggy, it was so gross I almost threw up in my mouth after my first bite. I am going to have to throw the whole bucket out and its a disgusting waste. I am someone who eats almost everything and is happy about it the only two things I have a distaste for but will eat are cilantro and celery. This KFC is HORRIBLE, if you want soggy burnt tasting chicken eat here!!!

Called in the restaurant and was told that they made a mistake without elaborating what has actually happened. I'm suspecting they just forgot my order. was asked to wait for another 15 min but order still did not arrive on time. not to mention, this incident has happened more than 3x already in a span of 5 months.

The last step is just don’t order food from this location. I don’t know why I order KFC again from this location today. The last time I ordered the food and received after two hours. The store called m e after 40 minutes and said there are no delivery people available at this moment. I asked to canceled the order. After about 30 minutes they called me again saying the order is on the way. I was glad I haven’t order food from another restaurant. It takes another hour to receive my food. The food tasted like shoot and I was like I will never order KFC again. Today, I would like to try the double down and I totally forgot the last experience. So I ordered the food from KFC website. After about 50 minutes, the delivery person called me and he was at the wrong address. We spend about ten minutes to understand each other and finally helped him to figure out the right way to read the address ? I’m kinda regret to give out 15% tips for this kind of service. After I received the order, the notice that one of my burger become flatbread for some reasons. So I called the store immediately and after I stated the problem, the person said one second and hang up the call. Ok fine, I just paid for another lesson.
