β β β β β Very upset, purchased 4 pounds of goat meat today, i have never ever seen so many bones in 4 pounds of meat. We usually purchase goat meat from the 6th street location in burnaby but they changed over to another name so we wanted to stay loyal to garcha but never visiting this location again. Not sure if garcha corp provides meat to all franchises or not. I will be calling in tomorrow and asking if each store purchases there own meat or if they all use one supplier. Regardless the independent owner would see the amount of bones and would notice so Iβm sure there aware. I know theres a pandemic going on, business might be slow therefore a change of meat supplier perhaps has caused this issue so a larger margin could be made. Also to put the icing on the cake we received one cartilage piece out of 4 pounds lol. Smarten up or you guys will be shutting your doors due to customer dissatisfaction. Pathetic!

β β β β β I went to the Garcha Bros for the 1st time in my life as I heard about its quality products and Diwali contest over the radio and saw ads on social media but I got really disappointed as the customer service person was rude and did not guide me on how to enter the contest when I asked about it. He said it was only for 1 store while the radio and social media adverts clearly mentioned "go to any nearest store" to participate.
Only giving 1 star because the product is great.

β β β β β 4 Star for great taste and flavour. I went to this store for first time after looking at ad for Diwali contest..hope to win some gold coin ! Everything expect the customer service was great . I expected them to atleast inform me properly on the offer but infact staff did nt had a clue and was surprised. Come on guys .. no details or promotion at store..

β β β β β Passed by this meat shop lots of times. Finally got the chance to give them a try! They have lots of different kinds of marinated chicken, fish and lamb. Tried their peri-peri wings, it smelled so good when it was baking in the oven. However, the peri-peri heat was very mild.. I was expecting it to be very spicy! Hope they will level up the spiciness for it.

β β β β β Fantastic service, fantastic food! They have a variety of excellent flavoured chicken (and other meats, but I've only tried the chicken). Their frozen naan bread is delicious too. Everything is well priced and the people are friendly and helpful.

β β β β β I felt good about buying lamb here. No goat but they did have mutton. Service was quick. They helped me grind lamb right after I ordered it. The space is very wide open and clean. I will have to try their marinated meats another time.
