He arrived on time and displayed the utmost in professionalism and was friendly. He said he would need 1 week to make the screens but only took 3 days. Then to top it off he came to install them on a long weekend. What a guy! And the screens are great! I highly recommend dealing with Stephen and Lam's.

I called Stephen for a quote with my approximate measurements and he was able to give me an estimate. Then he came to do proper measurements for the builds. It took around 2 weeks to build but this is at the height of summer when I assume it's the busiest for the screen door/window business. Installation took less than 10 minutes and Stephen also showed me how to remove them if needed. Very professional, would definitely recommend to family and friends.

For both the measurement and the installation he was able to come to my place in the early evening, which was awesome given that I work down town during the day. It's the worst when you need to leave work in the middle of the day to let contractors in! My screens were ready in about ten days and the installation was super quick. Stephen is very friendly and professional and the screens are high quality. Have and will continue to recommend!

Almost all the windows were different sizes, and he was very efficient when taking measurements, and everything turned out accurate. It took about three weeks for him to order the parts for the retractable screens and build the custom window screens. He was very quick and tidy during the install, and made sure everything was perfect before heading out. We'd absolutely recommend him to others and use him again if we ever need new screens.
