Started off as a request to supply me with some inexpensive screen clips and because of their good customer service for such a small request, I ended up ordering screens from them. And Iโm glad I did. Kudos to these two young men!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Such great service - went out of their way to double check on measurements after we made a change to ensure accuracy. They are so thorough and take pride in their work. They were so patient in answering questions or providing samples to show my elderly mother so she wouldnโt trip over the door frame (it was totally safe but it was for her peace of mind so she knew what to expect and they were so kind about it!) Very friendly and professional.
They were only difficult to get a hold of during a couple of months during covid - like many other businesses - so please donโt mind those negative reviews. I could have gone to another place but I really didnโt want to because my pst experience was always good so I just tried again recently and everything worked out. Iโve recommended them to 4 family members/friends and we are all repeat customers:)

We had our windows installed last year and the company who installed them, never came back toeasure and do screens for us.. so I ended up calling Vancouver screens to come and measure the screens for us for 2 patio doors and 2 windows.. I have to say that my wife and I were both very impressed with the way they conducted their business. Very professional guys , came in ones, measured everything up , and 1 week later we had our screens. Very quick and professional installation, very clean , and super nice guys . I totally recomand this company if you need new screens. I even overpaid them and they returned my money , i was very impressed . Only $20 , but I appreciate their honesty !! Good job guys, keep up the good work !!!

โ โ โ โ โ Great service and quality! I was able to get a pet resistant mesh to help the door survive my cats and it only took around 2 weeks from measurements to installation. I feel like I got my money's worth and every interaction I had with Ameer was professional and polite.

โ โ โ โ โ Reschedule multiple times for the measurements, and they cancelled the measurements last minute. I asked when is their next availability and they stopped responding. Still have not heard back and decided to go with another more reliable company.

โ โ โ โ โ The service at this company leaves much to be desired, I absolutely do not recommend them. Throughout the process of getting a screen door replacement, Amir would regularly ignore my calls and texts. Timelines were not respected, and I was made to feel that my business was not a priority. The final straw was that they never showed up to dispose of the old screen door, despite agreeing to do so. Do yourself a favour, find someone more professional.
