I had windows installed in my house which is only 5 years old and the windows have began to leak water into the house through the windows. It took 2 weeks of my time before I could get a service person from AVS to come take a look and attempt to fix it. Why did this take so long? Likely because only the owner has the authority to arrange these service calls. When I asked the service person what the issue was, he basically said the windows weren’t installed/sealed correctly.... well great cause you were the ones who installed it. After this issue was supposedly fix, I experienced water leaking in from the windows again 2 weeks later. Now I’m trying to contact the company to arrange a service person to come in again and of course the owner, Navi Sandhu would not pick up any of my calls nor return my emails. Highly not satisfied with this company, and I ask that all home owners/builders should avoid this company at all cost.

Better to pay a little bit more than use these guys. We’re return customers for AVS Windows and we bought a lot of windows from these guys for a new project. 2 windows screens weren’t given to us and the paint is fading on the windows already, the house is not even 2 years old yet. Dave came by and said I’ll have my service team fix the paint, never happened. Emailed them a few times for a status up and nothing. Whenever I’ve called them nothing. Be careful using AVS Windows, you have no warranty or service.

We did not find out this was a lie until they had ripped out half of our windows. There were deficiencies with the windows and the installation. Windows not staying open, windows unable to close properly because of poor fitment, extremely poor caulking, flashing that has been cut back too far, etc.. I have spent almost a year trying to get these things fixed, but i keep getting led in circles. Just a warning to others.

The workers did not do a good job. One of the windows was not properly sealed, and was about to fall out of the frame. I called the company to come fix this. They finally showed up a few months later. The workers ended up cracking the window when they came to fix the issue. This was 5 months ago. We still cannot get them to replace the window. I have to call these guys everyday. Everyday the owner has a new excuse. Worse customer service ever. This is not a business. It's a scam. Spend your money somewhere else because these people have no idea about quality or customer service. I would be giving 0 stars if I Could.
