The worst experience for a seemingly simple purchase. I had called with a model number of a door that I needed replaced and was told they had it in stock, but it would need to be grooved. The original door had been dropped off so they could duplicate the grooves and knob notch. We picked the door up a few days later, painted it, and went to install it, but soon discovered it was grooved with the incorrect amount of panels. Unsure of how this could happen when they had the original door to duplicate, I called and was never actually given an answer as to how this could have happened, but told to drop this door off and they would have another made. After picking up the second door and buying more supplies to paint it, we discovered that is was too big and still could not be installed. Perplexed as to how they could have made two doors incorrectly when they had the original both times, I called yet again to ask for at least a partial refund. I was told it would be discussed with the owner and someone would call back the next day. A week passed and no word so I called again and was told the owner had simply decided β€œNo.” No explanation or acknowledgement of the multiple inconveniences.

If I could give 0 stars, that would be generous. We spent $4400 on 2 doors from Pacific, an interior double glass door and an exterior double front entry door. Their sales guy Scott always complained about being too busy and it took over a month of phone calls and me visiting the shop before we could get a quote and pay the bill. We went with Pacifics recommended installer (Russ from IOD Enterprises) who provided the door dimensions directly to Pacific. Scott @ Pacific said they'd worked with him for years and could be trusted. The doors arrived and were delivered on site with mild damage (the bottoms weren't protected and so the Fiberglass was chipped and damaged where the door had been handled and dragged on a floor.) The damage was minor and we'd already been into this project for months at this point so I accepted to prevent further delays. Then the real problems started. Russ from IOD didn't like the quote they'd given us and we'd agreed on and wanted to double it. They eventually stopped responding to calls or emails while trying to come to a conclusion. We asked Pacific to intervene as IOD was their recommendation and now Scotts line was that he'd had a bunch of complaints about IOD and they weren't going to work together anymore. While looking for other installers to take over the job, we had 2 that said specifically they would not do our install because they didn't like where we'd purchased the doors from. We found another installer who came to size up the job and he informed us that both doors were the wrong sizes. The exterior door was too tall and the jamb wasn't thick enough, the interior door also had the incorrect jamb depth. We paid a fortune to the installers to modify the framing of the house to fit the doors and then once installed we discovered that the multipoint lock system on the front door was defective and although Pacific had agreed to key the lock to our existing key, we had to pay a locksmith separately to come and do this. Pacific would not assist in any way. The credit card company wouldn't assist as the contractor was acting on our behalf. For the record, Pacifics supplier for the locking mechanisms if Diversified Products of Canada who came out and replaced the MPLS with no hassle. They mentioned that the machining of the slot for the lock mechanism was done poorly which likely lead to the lock failing because it was too tight. He had to use a hammer to get the replacement lock in the slot. Save yourselves the time and effort, don't shop here.

Amazing people. Super low tech location, everything done on paper but that doesn't change their ability to make really good exterior doors. Love mine so far

Really high quality doors at a great price. Custom made to replace the existing in our 1960’s built home. They were ready sooner than expected. Easy to install. Extremely happy. Todd was easy to deal with and always had a welcoming smile.
