★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posting this for the Rutherfords... Steve and his installers provided excellent customer service and quality products. Their prices as compared to their competition (Renewal by Anderson) are extremely good, and in fact were 35% lower, while delivering equal or better quality! The three installers (Henry, Marcus and Robert) were professional, friendly and efficient! Steve's personal attention to our order was much appreciated.
I would not hesitate to recommend their services to my friends and family should they need to replace any doors and/or windows!

Quality is excellent, the overall look is exactly as we had hoped, the process from selection to ordering to installation was outstanding. No pressure sales, highly professional and respectful installation team, lifetime warranty, excellent value for money. Couldn't be more pleased with the experience and outcome. Definitely would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not buy these windows again and would not recommend them. They are mainly wood and wood and water do not mix. Yes they are very pretty when new but any interior condensation will cause damage, no matter how well they are coated. We have also had issues with the exterior seals failing between the glass and metal casing causing leaks in heavy rain. Any water leak ruins the nice wood frames. The only way to fix this is to spend thousands to have Pella come and pull the glass and replace the seal or save the money and apply caulking to the exterior. The caulking spoils the look and arguably devalues the house. The most irritating thing is that Pella are well aware of this problem but chose not to tell us about it. Do your research, allot of people are having problems and there have also been lawsuits. The warrantee is basically worthless and our experience with the after sales service is terrible.
You are far better off to buy a good quality vinyl window and then make nice wood jambs and sills inside.
