β β β β β It takes long time, almost two weeks, to get the custom cut mirror I needed. Which I didn't mind too much. Yet, they have it cut almost two inches longer than the measurements I provided. I ended up have to pay an additional $25 to get the mirror cut at Vancouver Glass because Broco closes in the early afternoon on the installation day.
I always have good experience with Broco on Auto Glass but I would highly recommend you to go to more competent shop like Vancouver Glass if you need residential or commercial glass and mirrors.

β β β β β Went here to get my windshield replaced, and the service was excellent. The reason I'm taking 1 star off is because it took much longer than expected for the replacement to be done. However, they did allow me to take the courtesy car, which helped, but it was slightly annoying to have to wait around all day for my car to be ready. The communication was great, they called me every step of the way with updates.

β β β β β I had my windshield chip fixed at Broco Glass today and I highly recommend this establishment for your glass or mirror repair or replacement needs.
Not only I was looked after on time as per scheduled appointment, but also, the interaction and service was simply fantastic.
Expert advice, yet friendly and with an approach that they are there to help their customers.
Nice to see that there are still business like this one where they genuinely care about customers.

The guy is a bit grumpy but overall was very happy. Was honest at first and did not promise something which can't deliver.

β β β β β On May 18, 2022, my vehicle driverβs side rear window was smashed. I was able to get in on May 19, 2022 to get the window replaced. These folks did an amazing job. The detailed the vehicle to ensure that there were no chards of glass in the vehicle and replaced the window in a timely fashion.
We discussed the potential of having the windows tinted and Iβm now back at their shop today (May 30) to have the tinting completed.
Tyler, Manager and Fraser, frontline staff were both very friendly and thorough in explaining the process.
I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any vehicle glass needs.

β β β β β The best place to get your windshield replace in town!! They have the lowest price available for customers with the fastest fixing I have ever seen. Went out to get lunch because I thought it would take 3hrs + but it only took 1 hr I was really shocked. The employees were so nice too, treats you like family ?10/10 would recommend
