It is a busy dealership but the manager there goes above and beyond to provide coverage for his team and tries to help as much as possible. I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, they are professional - who knows the car business inside and out. The sales team and the Finance manager stayed in touch with me during the entire process which only made the buying experience even more reassured. I highly recommend this dealership if you are considering buying a new or previously owned automobile.

Special thanks to Allen, our sales associate, who knew all the ins and outs of the vehicle and provided clear and prompt communication throughout, and James, from finance, who answered all of our questions and never once made me feel like I was being "sold" something. Very pleased with both the experience and my new vehicle!

Jonathan Kim (John) was the sales associate who helped me by providing clear information and facilitating the transaction. I highly recommend John and his team. I have been given 30 days to test the vehicle and make sure everything is to my standards, if anything is not, they will take care of it. This assurance provides a great sense of security about my purchase.

I would highly recommend Metrotown Mitsubishi to everyone, first for Mitsubishi's amazing protection plans, second for all staff (for us it was Brian and James) being super polite and helpful during the purchase and lastly for their selection of cars in their inventory.

Brian was thorough and went over the safety features of the vehicle through online research because safety was our biggest concern when shopping for the new car.
James was also thorough when reviewing the protection options available and helped us understand the benefit to the fullest while also offering us flexibility when it came to the payment type issue we faced.
