S	Stephen Lowe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been an excellent experience sending my Acura MDX for service at Fourway Automotive Ltd.. The service was direct, straight-forward and appropriate. Jack has done an excellent job in explaining the details and make the proper recommendation. While my vehicle was lifted up, he shown me that the two rear tires were still OK but the front tires were quite worn out that needed to be replaced soon. Although this is a small auto mechanic shop, the finish touch, courtesy, professionalism and charges are far better than my dealer at Burrard Acura. The service guy at Burrard Acura kept on pressuring me for some unnecessary service job such as Valve Adjustment, etc.. Fourway Automotive knows what they are doing and very sincere and honest. I highly recommend Fourway to anyone.

S	S S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COST. I had a TERRIBLE experience with this auto shop. First of all, the owners had lied to us about the total cost of glass repair when he gave us his "quote" and we ended up paying more. Secondly, when they later confirmed that they could bill ICBC instead for my repairs so that I wouldn't actually have to pay anything out of pocket, they failed to do so somehow in the end (for which reasons were not provided) and did not take any responsibility for it. We ended up paying $450 out of pocket which was money that I definitely did not need to spend if they had properly handled my case. When I had confronted them about everything after (mostly confused with the situation and just looking for an explanation), the owner's son did not try to listen to my inquiries. Instead, he told me he will refund me, BUT I have to bring my car back so that he can break my glass again. HE WOULD ONLY PROVIDE A REFUND IF WE LET HIM BREAK OUR GLASS. He said "if I give you back the money and you don't let me break your glass, then we are idiots". He was extremely condescending and demeaning. I cannot believe that this business still exists if they treat their customers with absolutely no respect! DO NOT RELY ON THEM to do a proper job on your car - save the trouble and go elsewhere for better peace of mind!
A	Angie Yu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going to Mr. Hua (the dad) before he had his own garage and would work tirelessly to earn extra income. He is a hardworking, honest, and very knowledgeable man. Him and his son opened this place a few years ago. He works around the clock and switches back and forth between multiple cars, but don't worry, he does good work and doesn't lose focus. My mom and I go to him for regular oil changes and small repairs (damaged mirrors, broken lights, nail in tires, etc.) and he always charges us a low price, especially when compared to bigger shops. Amazing value for what you pay.

Both Peter and Jack work tirelessly until they have figured out the problem, fixed and tested the car until it is in perfect working condition again. People who complain and give low ratings are either generally unreasonable or borderline car dumb. These people are honest, friendly and professional, bar none and hard to find others of the same level of quality work!
