★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people were honest and really know what they're doing. They could easily have taken advantage of me, but they didn't, and I can tell they're the sort of people who know that honesty and trustworthiness is what brings people back.
They really tried to fix my tire so I didn't have to replace it, but they couldn't, and they took me to show me why they couldn't really make it work. Then everything was handled quickly, and they ran through a good, well-priced set of options.
They're casual and nice, and they just seem to know how to handle everyone well. They deal with all types of people with all levels of knowledge, and they do it well.
