★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Dad's vehicle was hit and run while parked and ended up being deemed a write off. Tony went above and beyond to help with the process from start to finish. The shop picked up my Dad's vehicle from his home which saved so much time and hassle for us. I found out car was a write off which is a process I am not familiar with. Tony explained step by step what to expect with ICBC and gave me such peace of mind during the ordeal. I definitely recommend B&M and will be sure to use them for my future needs. Very satisfied.

Tony was also very patient and pleasant with my (annoying) follow up phone calls.

Sensor cover in front of car was missing, one of the buttons on the steering wheel popped off as soon as I started driving, and the roof part of my trunk was missing the fabric for some reason. Other than that experience was good

These guys are true pros.....their friendly, efficient and attentive service gave me all the reassurances I needed that my vehicle would be well taken care of. This was easily one of the best auto repair experiences I have ever received. Would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tony & Staff, impressed me with the repairs done on my 1998 Nissan Skyline. B&M going far above and beyond what my expectations were by clear-coating my headlights and buffing out areas of my car that was unexpected. My car was returned in spectacular clean condition.
I would highly recommenced anyone with a classic or high caliber vehicle, you can always trust Tony & staff at B&M Auto Collision.

The staff is super friendly and they are true professional at what they do. The scheduling worked so well! The turn around time was absolutely amazing ( 1 day ) and it doesn’t even look like my vehicle was painted. The color match is literally perfect. Definitely a first class operation and I highly suggest them to anyone within Lower mainland.
