Great friendly and informative service, did not try to up-sell. They offered suggestions and recommendations that I already suspected. I would not hesitate to go back for any supplies or repairs.

They are just SO rude! Really disappointing service that took WEEKS. When things were not done correctly they blame the customer directly instead of taking the time to educate the customer on what they are actually buying. I believe they take advantage of new RV owners and don't do anything helpful! Would not recommend them to anyone I know unless they want to be yelled at.

My fridge couldn't start and I dropped my RV at night and thanks god, nobody steal my batteries as some review said that. But they fixed my fridge right away and called me to pick it up couple hours after they opened the business. I can say super fast and thank you very much.

Had an older Camper that needed a new lock and handle for the door. A competitive price and very knowledgeable. Thanks for the great service. It fit perfectly .

This place is an explosion waiting to happen, disorganized and unprofessional. I brought an older campervan in for re-certification, they filled my propane tank, found a leak, then said I need a new propane tank (and other work) and there are no tanks available so they didn't do any work on it. (I asked them ahead of the appointment if tank availability would be a issue and I was told no, there is lots of stock). They gave the van back to me and said nothing about adding propane to the system and THEY LEFT THE PROPANE CYLANDER VALVE OPEN after checking the system and finding a leak. The van was leaking propane in my driveway for 2 days after they serviced it, I didn't discover this until I smelled propane and realized the system had been filled and left on after they found a leak. Incredibly reckless company, I found a different shop that has tanks in stock and will never return here.

First time using them very impressed with the service and their knowledge. My tires on TT were wearing unevenly, second set. So they had ideas before I even brought it in. There knowledge seemed strong beyond fixing my trailer and inspecting the breaks at what I considered a reasonable price (lets face it all repairs cost to much today, but thats the market). While I hope not to have to visit them too much, they made a customer out of me. Not just because of the work, but the tips they passed on to me, such has hitch setup and tire pressure. Plus the big sell was my trailer was returned to me in two days. I contrast this to the terrible service at Fraser Way where my TT would be there 4-6 weeks and be returned saying all done and nothing was fixed.

Woke up with some electrical problems - gave Travco a call, they told us to come down & they'd look at it right away. We didn't exactly solve the problem, but we're quickly able to get things working again & get us on our way. Was quite impressed.

Got my RV furnace fixed at Travco, and they did a great job, quickly and for a fair price. And they were so nice to deal with! Highly reccomend them!
