Fraserway RV - Delta

Five stars. Nice unit great time to travel is when it’s off season. The comfortable bed was a great thing at the end of the day. If your reservations include full connection with water. Save yourself some money on fuel and empty the tank to less than 1/3.

First time the family decided to camp and rented an RV. Jens was very knowledgable and offered options to save on insurance and mileage, practically just about everything that we now want to buy our own RV from Fraserway. Bruno was very thorough explaining where everything is on the RV what it does and how it works. I don't see why Fraserway RV would have bad reviews because we received the best service from start to end, will strongly recommend to friends and family. Thank you Fraserway RV for being a part of our family staycation!!!!!

First time RV'ers at 65 years old. . We rented the Ford Van Conversion with plans to tour all over the Kootenay's. This Van was an excellent choice after great advice from customer service. Everything was explained clearly and we felt no pressure. All of the staff were very friendly. The Van itself was a beautiful thing to drive. Great engine and transmission. Lots of power for the steep grades in the mountains and still averaged only about 16 litres/100 Km. Amazing. Inside was well laid out and easy to operate. Both front seats turn around and we used them as our main seating. Simple to drive in towns and although it is 22" long, its easy to park. We had a small glitch and called the help line, on the weekend, and were contacted and helped out in a very short time. All in all, it was a great trip with good people to work with at Fraserway RV in Delta.

I had a bad experience in this company one worker is so helpful and said they have available RV to be rented but when another guy came he said there is no available RV to rent because he learned that it is only for 3 days. I feel discriminated by their lack of communication.

Rental through Fraserway was excellent. Great customer service. I was impressed by how organized everything was. We returned our rental with slightly more kilometers than paid for. They didn't charge extra. Would definitely rent another RV with them again. Our truck and camper was clean and comfortable. Thank-you!

Rented a class A motor coach from Fraserway RV in Delta for two weeks. Had an issue with the engine on day 5. This was a problem with Ford’s engine. Thomas from their road side assist was on the case and checked in with me several times throughout the week. It was unfortunate for this issue to happen but Thomas did everything in their power considering the remote location and time of day. They offered to arrange transportation, put us in a hotel for the evening, food credits and have a replacement RV the next day. In addition Bernie Lehmann from the Delta location reached out to me directly to ensure my family and I were okay and secure. These two people turned a scary and big problem around for us and we felt comfortable and secure. I really can’t fault the staff at Fraserway RV for doing everything in their power to turn around a bad situation to good! Shining stars! Thank you so much for accommodating us Bernie! With low staff due to Covid you still gave 110% and gave us an amazing holiday and adventure! We’ll be back with you on our next trip and most likely purchase a motor home from you. Equipment will fail sometimes especially in this industry, but it’s the people behind this company that matters most to ensure you receive trust, value and integrity with your business. Class A service through and through. PS: highly recommend full insurance with deductible waiver if you’ve never driven an RV. Pricey but worth it. Upon returning we witnessed another RV retuned with awning missing, damaged bumper and windshield glass.

The service at Fraserway Delta is excellent. I can't say anything bad. We got a little problem and the team was very helpful. The conversion van is great and was perfect for our BC trip. It offered a real good Diesel consumption efficiency. I would recommend to plan for alternate options for your shower. It was the only downside for the conversion van. Rather than that, perfect 10 for service and experience. Thanks to the Delta Fraserway RV team.

We got our vehicle to adventure in Canada! The C Small is a nice vehicle for the 2 of us. No issues with the vehicle during our trip. We had a bit of a wait to collect our vehicle (it was the start of the summer season!) but the customer service here was exceptional. Special mention to Li, Steve and Margaret! They’d made our 5star experience.
