But the person at counter keep telling me give ur card and then pay after filling

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible service by the South east Asian (Indian?) lady. She does not come with the required soft skills for customer service.
Before I was helped, she rolled her eyes at the customer in front of me. I don't know the entire situation or context except that the customer was trying to use a credit card which was provided by his friend on the phone. Her distaste was evident - written all over her face.
When it was my turn, I intended to use my Shell app to pay but was told that while the gas is Shell, the shop wasn't and therefore did not accept the Shell app. That's okay.
She asked for the amount I wanted to prepay before giving her by AirMiles and I told her $50. She seemed to have display a less than amused face by my response. After the transaction was complete, she begrudgingly thanked me in a low voice but in a way that seemed forced. I suppose if it's not a Shell store, that's the type of customer service offered. Severely disappointed because of this one worker.
