D	Derek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales was pretty good, Financing was great. Their service dept seems all over the place. Didn't listen to my concerns and spent far too long chasing symptoms rather than looking at the actual problem which I brought up initially. GM Canada refused repairs under a special coverage warranty which they said was already done but had no records of it being done. The only saving grace was the new Service manager Bill, he did all he could for me after GM refused warranty. Hopefully he can clean up things a bit in the service dept and make it run more smoothly.

The salesperson wasn't that chatty, but was fine with showing us a few vehicles so that we could narrow down our choices while we start our search for a new vehicle. He didn't have much to say in the way of suggestions or advice, but he was cordial and didn't pressure us in any way.

They explained to us the rates, the cars, the engines the best cars for fuel economy and all the techs the cars have. The benefits between lease vs finance. The warranties, the current great deals they have best bang for the buck. We got warranty for pretty much everything from tires to transmission to engine , transmission and bumper to bumper. Marine Dr. Their show room is roomy and there are helpful sales people throughout. I bought my GMC Denali Yukon here a couple years ago and continue to get it serviced here. While the sales department was excellent and treated me very fairly, I find that ongoing service with the service consultants and technicians to be very good as well. One of the things I value the most with regards to the service appointments is there close communication with you for the girls to updates and how the process is going. It really makes planning your day that much easier. Overall an excellent location to shop for your next car or a truck, and for service of the same.
