Also caughting this place when someone is here seems to be a feat in itself, it's like someone shows to turn the open light on then the back in 5 mins signs gets put up until close.

It was not a final sale, a regular priced product, not mentioned there was no refund at point of sale, not mentioned on receipt there was not refund. Tried to arrange a learning session on serger as promised at purchase, the owner didn't even bother to return phone call. There is only 1 Singer dealer in Greater Vancouver, but providing this kind of customer service, I feel sorry for Singer.

My brand new embroidery machine started acting up, so I took it in with a sample of what was going wrong (thread shredding, not picking up bobbin thread, etc) and the lady who runs the shop could quickly tell my tension was overdue for adjusting. Embroidery machines are more complex than sewing machines and routinely need to be adjusted and oiled by a professional. Took 8 weeks with the pandemic backlog now that everyone is sewing but it's now back to embroidering like a dream. Love that they insure their work for 6 months so if something else acts up that you didn't notice before, they can still address it for you. I do so much embroidering that I will visiting Tom's pretty consistently to keep my machine operational with regular tune-ups!

Initially we thought I'd have to somehow get the reciept, or go on their 6 week waitlist to get it fixed. But, they ended up helping me on the spot! Apparently there wasnt really an issue, I guess the ladies there had a magic touch. They also didnt charge me when I asked how much !! So grateful. Thank you much! :)
