The lady I spoke to on the telephone ahead of time was very pleasant and ensured me that I wouldn’t be wasting my time. When I arrived, I was greeted by the staff, who were waiting for me. They were extremely helpful and friendly. And as an added bonus, the thread was on sale!! 10/10, would come here again.

Lost one star for being ignored by staff in the sewing machine area, patiently waited while two staff workers were talking, no acknowledgment on their part that I was waiting. They moved into an office leaving me feeling awkward while waiting. I left, feeling annoyed, and with the desire to shop elsewhere, hope this is just bad timing.

Their combined knowledge is amazing , if one doesn’t know the answer to a fabric, product, or quilting question, they immediately try to find someone who does know. Their selection of fabric always amazes me and I’ve never walked out empty handed. I have only one suggestion and it is a big one,,,,please have at least one disability parking spot if not two closest to the store ! I do realize that more people have issues with walking distances so I know how much I would appreciate at times (not always though) of being able to park as close as I can . On a similar note , it’s fantastic to be able to grab one of their shopping carts to ease my walking issues while shopping. A great place to go, always leave with a smile on my face even if my wallet might be empty ?

I got all the features I need at a price I could afford and have been sewing up a storm ever since. The fabric selection is fantastic, especially the wide backings. I have never seen such a huge selection and the prices are great. Shopping online is easy but it's more fun for me to visit the store. Lots of sales during the year and regular prices are very reasonable too.

The ladies who work there are SO sweet, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! The fabric selection is amazing, high quality and less expensive than competitors! We will definitely go back for all of our sewing needs ! Can’t say enough good things, if you haven’t been, highly recommend!
