I took my Pfaff sewing machine to get serviced by Sam. When I took it back home to start a project, I realized that he had not put it back together properly! It was almost falling apart!! Also, two issues that I had told him about (thread cutter not working, needle threader not working) had not been repaired.
I have called him a total of 3 times now, leaving messages each time over the course of two weeks, and he has not responded to any of my messages. So not only does he do poor work, but he ghosts customers!
Very unprofessional, I would not recommend taking any of your equipment here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sam is a lovely gentleman. I took my Singer 357 to him for a service on Monday and just picked up today (Friday). He said he made an effort to get it done while I was on holiday from work. The service was a very reasonable price and he even made the effort to give me a brief tutorial in threading up and maintaining my machine. Will definitely be using him again and recommend his service to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sam is excellent sewing machine serviceman. He not only fixed my issues with my Kenmore 10 stitch machine but gave me tips on how my machine works. He was very ready to answer any questions and when i had trouble from inserting the needle incorrectly, he corrected the issue within the same day. His service is impeccable and at a very reasonable affordable price. Now my machine is running very smoothly. Next time my machine needs servicing, i would not hesitate to bring it back to Sam! He knows his stuff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My bobbin holder looked like it was completely broken and I would need a new one. Sam told me he would try to fix it and he did. When I picked it up from him he said to let him know if I have any issues in the future and he will then order a new part and only charge me for the part and no labour. So far I have been sewing with it beautifully! Thank you Sam!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Sam to have a look at my newer brother machine. I don’t know much about machines or sewing. I just need to occasionally repair seams. He looked at the machine and told me nothing is wrong with it. Showed me how to thread it properly. Feel bad cause spent time but didn’t charge me anything. Thank you so much Sam :-).
