★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carl and the ladies really know what they are talking about! I really appreciate shopping where people are knowledgeable, honest and friendly and these folks fit the bill! I've used them both for sewing and vacuum needs multiple times and whether it was buying something new or used, or getting my stuff serviced, they've always been great! They carry quality products and supplies so there are no bad choices at this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner was really nice and helpful! It was my first ever sewing machine and he walked me through how to thread the machine and even let me try it out with some scrap fabric. He also was very patient and answered all my questions. I would definitely come again in the future for whatever sewing materials I might need!

I walked in knowing nothing about sewing machines and they have been a wealth a knowledge and even offer education lessons on how to use your machine. Their customer service is top notch! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been sewing for 20ish years but using hand-me-down and borrowed machines, got a new one here today and tried it out; so thrilled! They also took my old thing to be recycled, I was pretty pleased with that. It's a great little store, good range in price and product, good quality, and fantastic customer service. Definitely coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After an awful experience across the street I brought my power head here to be looked at. It was no trouble at all for Carl who diagnosed and replaced the motor for $100 plus guaranteed it for a year. He was super nice and made my day as my other option was to replace the whole unit for a new one at $275.
