I would give 0 stars if I could. Al is extremely rude. I came to pick up my UPS packages. The first time he demanded what I ordered (which shouldn't be his business). I told him what it was anyways, he just asked me what kind of package it would come in because he had lots. I said I wasn't sure (how would I know I'm not UPS?!) He told me to come find it myself. I then looked and finally reached for a stack that was off to the side which he then snapped at me saying it couldn't be there because those had been there for over two weeks. Sure enough it was in that pile. He didn't ID me but he did ask for a signature. I probably could have picked anything off his cart. The second time I came in for my Apple Series 3 watch. I was quite nervous it was even there because of my last experience. And I came in and he was even ruder this time. He said he didn't see my name on any packages and again demanded if I wanted it I could find it myself. Sadly, I couldn't find my package this time. I contacted Apple and they have record of him signing for my package. But it appears either Al or someone else pocketed my package. If anything ships with UPS I will be sure to never allow anything to go to my home address again! I would recommend finding alternatives too if you typically work the same hours they deliver.

Best customer service! I purchased a new vacuum cleaner for my business and am very satisfied with the vacuum. Troy was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also went over and above to fix my old Kenmore canister vacuum for my daughter, for her to use in her new space. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. If you need a new vacuum cleaner or need to repair an old one, don't hesitate to use Al's!

Dropped off a (too expensive, but great quality) 15 year old home vacuum here thinking it’s going to cost a lot of money to fix. Were able to get us a new cord as well as fix issues for a reasonable price! Al is super nice and his assistant helped me take the vacuum back to the car in pouring rain. Great service, great price, super friendly :) Edit: Second time I came in about a vacuum (a different one) the owner was quite rude to myself and my husband. We asked him a simple question and he responded with "don't tell me how to do my job". No sir, we just asked you a question about vacuums, because you are the "expert"...I see now what all the reviewers are talking about the attitude which is sad because I had at first thought he was a nice person and very helpful. That being said, the fix was okay and the vacuum works alright. It was definitely better than having to buy a new one.

If I could give this (Surrey) store a minus ten stars I would. Took my vacuum there on July 6, 2020. Was told he had to order the part. So I left it with him and was going to leave but not before he tried to sell me some kind of stone cleanse thing. Didn't buy it. (Maybe I should have.) So got my vacuum back a month later on July 7, 2020. I was told he had to replace the roller in the power head ($39 for that, also bought bags for a total $62.70.). It worked fine for about six weeks. Then I smelled something awful and it started making a bunch of noise and the power head started shaking again. Mid August, took it back to him again. Told him there was something wrong with it again. He got all defensive about it when I told him I just got it back from him the month before, I didn't even say anything about his previous work being faulty as it could have been something else this time. He took it and opened up the power head. Comes back to me and said it needed a new bearing and he has to order the part in. Went in Sept 4, 2020. I was fed up with waiting for a call and told him I wanted the power head back fixed or not, I was going to take it to another shop I found. He said he just got the part in that day and would fix it right away while I waited. I didn't have time to wait so I told him I would come in and pick it up the next day – gives him more time to work on it (maybe I should have waited). Got there close to lunch time and he says to me, "How can I help you?". I told him I was here to pickup my repaired power head. Took him a few minutes to recall it - not done yet! He tells me it needs a new roller. Well that's when I blew my cork. I paid for a new roller not even two months previously. I reminded him that he told me it was a bearing that needed replacing. He then told me the bearing is part of the roller. I reminded him that he replaced the roller in July. Then he says "Got your work receipt?". I said no because he never gave me one. All I got was the interact receipt. I guess he doesn't keep records of previous jobs either. I was getting the whole run around with him. I told him to cancel the work and give it back to me. I seriously think this guy should retire because he can't remember anything, not even from the previous day. I should mention too that I bought this vacuum from them in the first place – about 10 years ago. Worked well until now. Sincerely, Armand

I took my vacuum's extension wand there to buy a new one since this one was badly damaged during moving. Instead of selling a new extension, he fixed the damaged extension in a few minutes and saved me some $$ since those extensions are not cheap. He only charged me $5 for the fix. Couldn't be any happier. Thanks

Went to inquire about a hose and cord needed for a filter queen vacuum we have at home as well as see if we can offer him our other older but high end vaccuum we don't need anymore . Dude rambled about how he was too busy for us the entire time we were there , didn't give us any information about the hose we needed and offered us 15$ for our vaccuum . Then he changed his mind and said he didn't want to deal with us because he was too busy and cancelled the offer . Started blabbing about how Chevy cars can use Ford parts randomly out of nowhere too . The old owner was an incredible guy and helped us out head over heels , this new owner is absolutely horrible . Save your time and don't even come here . He is old and senial and shouldn't even be running the place . Store looks like a mess and I was tripping over stuff on the floor the entire time .

Packed to the rim with all kinds of different vacuums, including new and refurbished ones. I got a great deal on a high end vacuum and all the accessories I needed. The sales lady was super nice and knowledgeable. I'm happy I went here instead of opting for a cheap Walmart vacuum.
